This is both from within existing customers and prospect accounts to help ensure the strategy for retention as well as growth is accurate and relevant.
The UQ research team undertake interviews and panel sessions across a multiple number of disciplines and roles within sectors of interest to our customers. This ensures as much breadth into the network is given as is possible.
In truth, this is where the recruitment services within The Upper Quartile Group Limited has developed. Within the IDD aspect of the services provided by UQ, a number of sections relate to the competitor sets of UQ customers. This has over time developed into a “journey mapping” service. This allows for UQ to benchmark and review the services and reputation of suppliers within organisations and sectors.
