The UQL ways of working ensure that throughout all aspects we focus on supporting and developing the people and not simply focus on the process. The need to ensure the wellbeing of all involved within personal development and recruitment has never been more apparent.
This is evident within our speed and frequency of contact, the way we ensure transparency of any process and the kind natured approach we have to people.
At UQL we passionately believe in the need to firstly build a pathway that allows people to clearly see for themselves their way forward, followed by a support network to explore and expand this further.
This is why the UQL services range from the more traditional recruitment company relationship all the way through to in-house staff development and training team through to the Board of Director culture governance support group.
UQL first published our Mission, Vision & Values Statement in 2018 and we have not amended a single word.
UQL measure on success on the results of the teams we help support and NEVER the amount of placements filled.
In some cases, recruitment is in fact a failing of the talent development program itself, as UQL would prefer to work to fill the talent pipeline from within than via external recruitment.
